How install juypter notebook (recent : release python),windows 10

check version in your path of python
------------------------------------
I) step : cmd.exe
------------------

Type here to search  >  cmd
click : Command prompt
output : c:\Users\computername>

II) step : path 
----------------

  c:\Users\computername>python --version
 
 rem :execute >  c:\Users\computername>python
      reason :already installed because this is
              part of a other software.

before : install
-----------------
folder : (Menu : file,computer,view,...)
goto : view -> show hidden files (= visible)

1e step : install (python release : windows system)

select :windows 64 ( other see website)
rem : select python version compatible with your (system)
rem : description = Recommended
install: estup
--------
Install Python 3.10.7(64-bit)
-> Install Now
C:\Users\science\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python310

check : Install launcher for all users( Make active)
check : Add Python 3.10 to PATH       ( Make active)

2e) step : install jupyter notebook.

a) directory : scripts

edit
C:\Users\science\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python310\Scripts
delete      rem :"delete sting above in the folder "
cmd.exe     rem :" command prompt ",black window with white letters
rem : <output : command prompt >
b) instal :notebook
